Project: 23개의 저가 임대 주택을 두 개의 건물로 나누는 것
저렴힌 비용으로 양질의 주택을 생산하는 것.
간단하고 경제적이며 효율적인 구조와 외피 제작
로프트의 원리에 따라 최대 표면적과 부피를 자유롭게 정의가능
공간과 분위기의 대조적인 특성 보완.,
 
전면에 있는 2층건물, 후면에 있는 3층 건
건물 중 하나와 다른 건물의 2층에는  콘크리트 기둥 및 빔 구조
3m 및 6m로 구성된 플랫폼에 고정된 원예 온실은 가볍고 투명한 봉투로 전체 표면을 덮고 각 건물의 상층을 형성
구조는 아연 도금 강철로 제작, 벽은 투명한 폴리 카보네이트 또는 천연 알루미늄
온실의 일부는 단열 및 가열된 볼륨으로 채워진다.
다른 부분은 통풍이 잘 되는 지붕과 정면에 광법위한 환기가 가능한 온실
수평 음영은 온실 내부에서 발생
 
자동 기후 관리 장치를 갖춘 온실의 원리
생물 기후 쾌적성 솔류션 개발
생성된 볼륨이 첫 번째 건물에서 13개의 주거를 통해, 두 번째 건물에서 10개의 이중 지향 주거지로 공유

Located in the Plaisance quarter, close to the city center in the region of Bretagn, the plot is located amid a dense complex of collective social housing from the 1960s, several low-density residential areas of single family houses to the north and south, and a sports center to the west.
브레타뉴 지역의 도심에서 가까운 플레앙스 구역에 위치한 이 부지는 1960년대 집단 사회주택의 밀집 단지, 남북으로 단독 주택의 여러 저밀도 주거지역, 서쪽으로 스포츠 센터가 있는 가운데 위치한다.
The project in this case foresees the construction of a new housing compound, including rental and for-sale units, that blends with its variegated context.
이 프로젝트는 다양한 맥락과 혼합된, 임대 및 분양 아파트를 포함한 새로운 주택 단지의 건설을 예견하고 있다.
The development is organized in blocks of six units, with ground floor plus two levels.
개발은 6개 단위의 블록으로 구성되어있고, 1층과 2층이 있다.
The winter gardens, located in front of the south facades and consisting of clear sliding panels, control temperature, extend the bedrooms and enlarge the rooms connecting them with the exterior.
남쪽 정면에 위치하고 투명한 슬라이딩 패널로 구성된 겨울 정원은 온도를 조절하고, 침실을 확장하며 외부와 연결된 방을 확장한다.
A series of insulating thermal drapes behind all the windows, as well as opaque curtains behind the sliding panels of the winter gardens, control temperature, sunning and lighting.
모든 창문 뒤의 일련의 단열 보온 드레이프와 겨울 정원의 슬라이딩 패널 뒤에 불투명한 커튼 온도, 일광 및 조명을 제어한다.
This proposal is different from conventional solutions used in this type of program because it extends the surfaces and improves the quality of the spaces and climate, aiming to build collective social housing with the comfort conditions and ample spaces of single-family homes.
표면을 확장하고 공간과 기후의 질을 향상시켜 단독주택의 쾌적한 조건과 넉넉한 공간을 가진 집단 사회 주택 건설을 목표로 하기 때문에 기존의 해결책과 다르다.

The lot is wedged in between a dense group of apartment houses built in the 1960s, ground floor plus five stories, low-density subdivisions of individual houses and a sports park.

The request concerns both the creation of new rental housing on this lot, then, in a second phase, the renovations of the apartment houses.
이 부지에 새로운 임대 주택을 건설하는 것과 2단계로 공동 주택을 개조하는 것이다.
 
The buildings are organized into units of six apartments, with a ground floor and two stories, laid out in a line along the streets or passages, created from east to west.
건물들은 6개의 아파트 단위로 구성되어 있는데, 1층과 2개의 층으로 되어 있고, 길이나 통로를 따라 일렬로 배치되어 있으며, 동서로 만들어져 있다. 
The rows are about 15m apart, comprising a passage pf 4m and a private garden from one end to the other.
건물들은 약 15m 간격으로 떨어져 있으며, 한 건물의 한쪽 끝에서 다른 쪽 끝까지 4m의 통로와 개인 정원으로 구성되어 있다.
 
Parking spaces will be confined to an area near the street: some on the ground floor, under the first buildings, the rest underground and in closed garages, with the cellars.

The building system is mixed, composed of:

It is a simple and optimized system, made up of repetitive standardized elements that provide the spaces with a great deal of flexibility.
공간에 많은 유연성을 제공하는 반복적인 표준화된 요소로 구성된 단순하고 최적화된 시스템이다.
The winter gardens have an exterior facade made of transparent polycarbonate that can open wide.
겨울 정원에는 활짝 열 수 있는 투명 폴리카보네이트로 만든 외관이  있다.
Their interior faces have sliding aluminum joinery along the entire height.
내부 면에는 전체 높이를 따라 슬라이딩 알루미늄 조이너가 있다.
The bay windows are all equipped with insulating interior thermal curtains.
베이 창문에는 모두 단열 실내 보온 커튼이 설치되었다.
